Virtual Nutrition and Cooking Class

Lucette Talamas, Registered Dietitian at Baptist Health South Florida, and Julie Frans, the chef at Della bowls and Director of Community and Culinary at The Doral Yard will demonstrate how to make an easy, satisfying, vibrant Baptist HeartBeet bowl, layered with tastes and textures, including tri-colored quinoa, marinated kale, beet hummus, avocado, toasted almonds, and a rich plant-based Green Sauce.
